CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it, update the shipping address, or modify the size, style, quantity, or product type.

REFUND POLICY

All purchases—including pre-orders, custom and made-to-order items—are final and not eligible for cancellation, exchange or refund.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges for different colors or styles. Each ZINK piece is crafted in limited quantities, and all selections are considered final once purchased.

PRE-ORDER, CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER

All pre-order, custom and made-to-order creations are final sale. By paying our artisans fairly and upfront, we ensure that their work—and their livelihoods—are honored with every order.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

All orders shipping to a US address will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS
